Ok the first game i'll tell you about is Pokemon ruby. Not everyone might like it but i think it's really fun when u know how to play, catch and train all pokemon to lv.100.
I'm an expert ( i'm not bragging!) , i started playing since i was 7 years old, now i'm 12. so i've been playing for 5 and almost a half years. I've got knowledge and cheats!
Ok i'll tell you the legendary pokemon and what level they are when met for 1st time in order of appearance:
Groudon ( High in DEFENCE AND ATTACK ) lv.45
Rayquaza ( VERY high in ATTACK) lv.70
NOW THIS IS AFTER YOU BEAT THE ELITE FOUR
Regirock ( high in ATTACK) lv.40
Registeel ( Very high in DEFENCE AND SPECIAL DEFENCE) lv.40
Regi ice ( quite high in everything) lv.40
Latios ( MY FAVOURITE POKEMON! VERY HIGH IN SP.ATTACK AND SP.DEFENCE)
SP stands for special.
